As fireworks light the sky and flags wave across this great land, we pause to reflect on the deeper meaning of Independence Day. At Salt & Steel: Built For The Storm, we’re not just celebrating a date on the calendar—we’re honoring the values that forged this nation and continue to define it today: faith in God, strength in character, and a commitment to build through the storms.

This country was born from conviction and courage, shaped by hands that worked the land and hearts that trusted in something greater. From the tradesman wielding tools with purpose, to the weather-worn patriot bowing his head in prayer, our legacy is one of action and belief.

We’re a people grounded in truth, carved from leather and steel—minimalist in comfort, but rich in principle. Today, as you fire up the grill, hug your loved ones, or gear up for another honest day’s work, take a moment to thank the One who gives true freedom.

Let us remember: liberty was never meant to be easy. It was meant to be lived out boldly, with gratitude and grit.

This 4th of July, may your faith be strong, your family close, and your purpose clear.

God bless America—and may He bless those built for the storm
